If you are experiencing client issues please try the following guidelines: 

My client doesn't open, what do I do?
1. Make sure you are using the latest client.
2. Make sure you delete the cache. (Windows C: - Users - (Your user) - (All Avernic Folders)
3. Make sure you have Java 8 or higher
